Turnstone Cabin Policies

We’re so excited you are thinking of staying with us! Here are a few rules that we ask our guests to follow while staying at Turnstone. We supply a complete list of policies upon reserving our cabins.

NO pets allowed.

While we love all of our furry friends, we do NOT allow any pets on Turnstone property.

Hike marked trails.

We want you to explore, but please follow trails and public access points.

NO smoking.

For the enjoyment of all guests to our property, we ask you do not smoke.

Inclement Weather.

The weather in the Smoky Mountains can be very unpredictable. Be prepared!

NO fireworks/guns.

We are surrounded by National Forrest. There is no hunting allowed.

Don’t feed wildlife.

Bears are super cute, but you don’t want one in your cabin wanting dinner.

Follow occupancy rules.

Each cabin sleeps a set number of people. Do not book for more people.

Clean up your messes.

We ask that you leave the cabin exactly as you found it.

For your protection and the protection of others, DO NOT feed any bears or other wildlife in this area. Black bears are active both day and night and have a keen sense of smell. Bears learn quickly food is often associated with humans. Caution children about bear contact.

Bears can only be moved once...a second capture means the bear must be killed. Please do not put local rangers in the position of destroying a bear due to your actions.
